Pre-Registration: Submitting a pre-registration form for a course does not constitute a booking or guarantee a place. Pre-registration simply indicates your interest. You will be contacted separately when dates are confirmed and payment is required.
Course Bookings: Once you have paid for a course, your place is confirmed subject to these terms. Course dates, format and materials may be subject to change with reasonable notice.
Cancellations and Refunds: A full cancellation and refund policy will be provided at the time of booking. In general, cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort.
Course Content: All course content, materials and recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced or sold.
Consulting engagements are governed by separate engagement letters or contracts agreed between Dr. Nermeen Mustafa and the client. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and initial enquiry process only.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment on this website, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Nermeen Mustafa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any services provided.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales . Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
